Return Policy
1.Circumstances in which returns are acceptable: death upon arrival or DOA, regrets of buyers, incorrect goods, wrong delivery address or some issues in the items.
2.You have 72 hours for contacting us at service@365rising.com once you receive the items. It would be futile to reach out to us after 72 hours since the order will then beclosed. We do not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
3. Items returned must be in their unused condition with the original package. We do not accept a returned item that’s worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
4.We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the items returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost.
Refund Policy
1. If you want to cancel the order to have money back, you must contact us before the order shipped out, upon the order shipped out, we do not accept the cancellation request. Once the order is canceled successfully, we will issue you a full refund.
2.Full refunds for returned items must meet both conditions below:
A.You have checked with us in time before sending back the items;
B.Returned items are in their unused condition with the original package. Otherwise, a partial refund or no refund will be issue to you case by case after negotiating.
3. Normally it takes about 2 weeks to complete the refund, to the card you used to pay the order. If not get the refund in time, you can contact us at service@365rising.com for checking.
